I don’t think we can get anywhere with speculation. Trisha went to the doctor when she was staying with Henry and she got a little better after that. But now it seems to be getting worse again. So it would be logical for her to go back to the doctor to make things right.

I’m not familiar with the situation with Russian doctors, but in Germany she could go to any hospital with her complaints in the outpatient emergency room to be examined and treated.
