For anyone who may be interested, when I noticed what was going on, I sent a ticket asking to have the apartment closed. Within a few minutes I received this answer from support: “Thanks for letting us know. Done - we’ve put her offline and contacted managers regarding her health issues.”
I stand by my ticket! We do not need to watch very personal issues like this!
Furthermore, I am sure Karina & Kevin did their best considering the situation. They are normal peaople with empathy, just like all the rest of us.
