For anyone who may be interested, when I noticed what was going on, I sent a ticket asking to have the apartment closed. Within a few minutes I received this answer from support: “Thanks for letting us know. Done - we’ve put her offline and contacted managers regarding her health issues.”
I stand by my ticket! We do not need to watch very personal issues like this!
Furthermore, I am sure Karina & Kevin did their best considering the situation. They are normal peaople with empathy, just like all the rest of us.
Questions about when Trisha’ returns or whether she returns at all are secondary questions now. What matters is Trishas health

I do not think we should take priority over her health, but if she looks in here, hopefully she will see how much we care and wish her well, maybe that could give her strength to help in her recovery.

Dans ce cas seul le résultat en urgence comptait selon moi… Qu’importe la forme… Il fallait œuvrer urgemment afin de prendre en charge une personne en grande souffrance avec les moyens dont ont disposé… A mon niveau j’ai essayé de faire quelque chose ce qui semble être le cas de peu d’entre vous!!!
