First of all, welcome to your new home. I hope you’ll both like it.
Everything looks great so far. Everything else will fall into place.
In any case, the bathtub seems to offer a lot of space. At least it seems bigger than in the old flat. And the camera position 11 is also good, but maybe the camera 12 should be in the corner of the window to get a view of the bathtub from the other direction, I think.

A sofa/sofa bed is desperately needed in that living room, it just doesn’t look comfortable as it is with a few chairs and a table. Very restrictive to guests especially.

It’s good that Trisha and Klaus have a guest room. Only the bed seems to be very narrow. That’s why it would certainly be good to have another couch. Especially if Kano were to turn up again one day, the two of them would no doubt need plenty of places to s___p
