Tonk, Alexander & Martha (Part 1)

There is a possibility that Landlord or someone in his entourage or tenant suddenly subscribed to VH and saw the apartment & cams
In that case he may ask for more money so if Tonk doesn’t agree he may have to move…
PS Because if the Landlord knows then what is the purpose… of the visit
PS In that region + 6 was 4 realms Vegas gone, Winter gone, Tonk know off the line, Only Jovanna left. I really hope it will be back online soon

On the website you can apply as a participant and a landlord, so I think they do.

you are confusing landlord with manager…

So if VH is only looking for managers or participants who have apartments available there is no Landlords

I believe that the manager will rent the apartment from a letting agency or the owner of the apartment. Then the manager will introduce the participants to the realm. The letting agency or the owner of the apartment will then make periodic visits to the apartment to ensure that the participants are keeping to the letting agreement.

Edit

Please see JonR reply for a fuller explanation that I have given.

This is Ryry, Tonk’s partner, who should be over the door with him tbh. JMO

Why shouldn’t there be landlords?

Every participant who takes part in VHTV has to rent an apartment. However, VHTV is not a housing company, but a streaming service. So a participant has to look for an apartment and rent it from a landlord.

unlikely. Typically, residents simply rent an apartment, install the cameras (e.g. provided by the managers) and go on the air. For most landlords these are…tenants. not more. They don’t even know what else is happening in the apartments.
There are certainly exceptions… but exceptions, not the rule

Thank you for the clarification. Cheers

In some countries the administrative structure is different. Landlords apparently have the right to inspect their ‘property’ regularly or occasionally.
I can remember apartments that went offline because of a landlord’s visit with the comment ‘we had to quickly take down the cameras so that no one could see what we were doing here’. Which, by the way, is also the reason why the cameras in the apartments are not really attached well; they are easy to remove (sometimes even by themselves, as was very funny to watch with Derek and Gina this week).

Thanks again Jon for taking the time to explain the logistics of how VHTV works.

In this case, I agree with You. What I read says that if you have your own studio or apartment, if you have one that you will have rented, I don’t know how they work with the Apartments in that Region

One thing I never understood is why the newcomer tenants always needs a new apartment.

There is Tonk living in the apartment some friends visiting him and decide to join the project (they already renting a house )they must be living somewhere , but the moment they decide to join the project they need to move to a new place that is run by the manager :thinking::thinking: why is that?

If everyone stayed in the same apartment, the manager would only receive money for this apartment. But with two apartments you get twice the money.

Question clarified?

If so, it could have come worse.
