I think I now have the solution to the puzzle.
The landlord is not visiting Tonk.
Tonk is probably visiting the landlord!!!

I really donāt get the use of these ālandlordsā.
You rent an apt, at that time itās your responsibility. I know VHTV āworks togetherā with participants and landlords but I donāt understand the reason whyā¦
If thereās a technical issue, VH sends experts. So wtf are these landlords even doing? As long as they pay the rent everything should be fine?

The landlord in the UK normally wouldnāt have any right to be in the house or even visit them.
As long as they pay the rent itās their property and their own space.

In USA they have the right to visit in case of hazardous conditions , complaint of others tenants & to collect the rent.Usually both sign agreement (lease) & contains what is imposed by the county for tenants over 6 apartments. Under 6 they sign a private agreement

In Germany, the landlord has the right to inspect an apartment if he has a good reason for doing so. However, he must announce his visit in writing in advance.

Even that would not be allowed in Germany.
It may be that the tenant does not pay his rent for x months. You then have to sue him out of the apartment with the court and the police.
This is simply not true. Vhtv has nothing to do with the apartments and landlords.
Again, thatās not the case. Vhtv works remotely. Anything to do with the physical equipment inside the apartments, itās managers and tenants responsibility.
They do have right to visit the apartments.
This one is so far my most favorite!

There is a possibility that Landlord or someone in his entourage or tenant suddenly subscribed to VH and saw the apartment & cams
In that case he may ask for more money so if Tonk doesnāt agree he may have to moveā¦
PS Because if the Landlord knows then what is the purposeā¦ of the visit
PS In that region + 6 was 4 realms Vegas gone, Winter gone, Tonk know off the line, Only Jovanna left. I really hope it will be back online soon

On the website you can apply as a participant and a landlord, so I think they do.

So if VH is only looking for managers or participants who have apartments available there is no Landlords

I believe that the manager will rent the apartment from a letting agency or the owner of the apartment. Then the manager will introduce the participants to the realm. The letting agency or the owner of the apartment will then make periodic visits to the apartment to ensure that the participants are keeping to the letting agreement.

Why shouldnāt there be landlords?
Every participant who takes part in VHTV has to rent an apartment. However, VHTV is not a housing company, but a streaming service. So a participant has to look for an apartment and rent it from a landlord.

unlikely. Typically, residents simply rent an apartment, install the cameras (e.g. provided by the managers) and go on the air. For most landlords these areā¦tenants. not more. They donāt even know what else is happening in the apartments.
There are certainly exceptionsā¦ but exceptions, not the rule
