It all depends on how far away from his old apartment Tonk’s new apartment is if it is reasonably close there should be no disruption. However if it is in a different City/State/Oblast than that is another matter.
Personally where the apartment is is immaterial in my opinion as all the apartments are furnished so all they have to transport is their luggage etc.
They don’t have to arrange furniture removal vans etc so why it is taking weeks to come online beats me.
All they have to do is leave one and move into another with luggage their only worries.
Maybe i am over simplifying it but that’s how i see any of the moves to be honest so why any of them take weeks some even months i just don’t understand why.
I agree with you the apartments are already furnished so they just need to mount the cameras and bring their luggage… 
You not over simplifying, that’s how it is or how it should be. My assumption is that most of the times, they don’t have the new apartment already rented when going off line with the current one, so it takes time to find a new one. There is also the possibility of moving to a different area/city
I agree with you about the length of time the relocation takes is absurd at times. I was trying to point out the re location of Bradley and Silver who re-located to another time zone. Perhaps someone can explain who is responsible for the rental of the apartment and then the re opening of the realm ?
For the rental of the apartment, it’s either the tenants, either the managers. As for the opening, it’s on the managers and Vhtv
if I am not mistaken, the only ones who have their own apartment are hector & marla…

Some are on relocation for 40 days, others around 50… So guess Tonk with 13 is still on time even when i believe on possibility of something else
I think Ariella and Sebastian have their own private rental from what they were saying when they moved last time.
