Why are most of the times out of sync on the cameras in most apartments. Take Turbo apartment for instance if i put on the kitchen it tells the time of 21:56 if one second later i put on the bedroom camera it tells me 21:49 as the time why is the time so out if sync on most apartments and cameras. @VHTV_James
They say +/- 5 seconds is tolerable. When it is more you can make a ticket to support.
Also, I have noticed the seconds are jumping on some cameras. You’ll see the time and the picture freeze and then it will jump a few seconds and carry on. I reported it and it was fixed, at least for a while before happening again.
THis is easy to fix. Support has to restart the cam and all good. Happens sometimes. Known bug in cam software not yet fixed.
I will contact support when the apartment is empty i noticed Turbo apartment is the worst. Like you say a few seconds is ok but some are 2 to 7 minutes off.

Yes i will but not right now they could take the whole apartment offline as they are bad.
No they only will restart the cams. Takes about 2 minutes per cam.
