The Temptation House

True. He needs to go there to complete that place. Just hope that he didnt left Lya to go play on the computer because its not the first time i see Im there . Just hope that get a new soluction to this place since they almost cant place it online and the other is domed

Well giving up is no option even it is really difficult…

Since everyone has advice or an opinion, I’ll give my opinion too.
Surely there was a carelessness on the part of the guys in the apartment in choosing an apartment without first evaluating the internet connection and a system to keep the service stable. It’s also true that more than them, someone more technical should have helped them, since it seems like they have a supervisor. I don’t think they will fail because of a month’s rent paid without earnings. If they don’t have the money, it most likely means that they earned little in the previous period, but since they are the most viewed apartments (to date) if they are really paid little (and I don’t think so, or at least I hope so) then what’s the point of participating? I would do it for at least a good salary, I would say excellent, otherwise I would definitely look for better jobs…
Solutions? As a technician, I can say that everything can be fixed, maybe they still need some time, most likely they will have to spend more than expected, but the result must come out if they believe in the project. The internet connection can be expanded (it will cost more, but the expected profits are greater), the internal connectivity must be improved (there are excellent quality hardware on the market), everything has a price, but we are not talking about huge figures. Does the VPN cause problems? It is always fixable… I know from experience, but in this case it is necessary to do tests that take time (could they have done the tests before entering the apartment?.. yes). In any case I am confident… GO GUYS!!
COME ON GUYS!! DON’T GIVE UP AND GET BACK ONLINE ASAP!! I AM WAITING FOR YOU!! (at least until next month…) :grimacing:

The one who is really making a bad impression is VHTV. They probably have all the technicians busy with this project, but these problems, a site like VHTV should have much better support, help in choosing the apartment to avoid these mistakes and with the experience of 10 years of service avoid all this.

I agree with most of it just the points that they should have known before and that VHTV is 10 years old:

  1. How can they know? The knew the place will have very fast internet. Fast enough to connect three different realms with it. Unfortunately you can’t test VPN and connection to VHTV before renting
  2. VHTV will be 9 years old on November 1st this year and not 10.

Ils ont due se servir des revenue de Rosy car elle avait beaucoup de visiteur c’est elle qui devrait etre manager :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: c’est ce que je pense que sa vous plaise ou non

Ok, I said ten years, but it was a way of rounding, it was not a value to be taken with precision, otherwise I could have said 9 years, 2 months, 5 days and 16 hours… in that case I would have been more precise.
Take it as an indicative value…
And in any case, even if it hasn’t been ten years since the site was put online, surely the planning, creating the infrastructure, opening the business, recruiting the staff, etc. the company that runs VHTV will have taken some time, so if we look carefully, VHTV could have existed for more than ten years.
This is to be precise. :hugs:

As for VPNs, I can tell you as a technician who works with them every day and has seen problems of this type dozens and dozens of times, that there are certainly problems (especially in certain Eastern European countries) related to VPNs, but precisely in relation to the multi-year experience of VHTV, I would have expected greater support before moving into the new apartment. If you want to make an interesting project like this (which I also liked, in the short time it was online) I would have appreciated at least some support from VHTV for some indications and suggestions. Instead it seems to me that the guys entered into a project, without this initial support and then the various problems arose. And in my opinion, in the case of the VPN (if this is the only problem) I do not expect the guys in the apartment to know technical details or technical information. They do the ā€œworkā€ inside the apartment but are not required to have technical IT skills.
So I would absolve these guys in the apartment from technical responsibility, if not for having sinned of lack of inexperience in not having made sure first that everything was going well.
If the apartment works, the first to gain is VHTV, then the managers in cascade, until reaching the guys. For a project like this, I would start from the top for responsibilities, because someone should have taken an interest and advised before the damage was done.

I fully agree to that :hugs:

But we do not know what VHTV does and how they help. So without any information on that part I won’t blame them there…
