The job and role of Moment operators

If Jabbath has his reasons then I would think they are very valid reasons for him blacklisting this realm as he knows more about the history of these people than anyone else here.

Anyway, I thought you were done discussing?

Come to think of it, I am tired and done with it as well as repeated want want wants is tiresome.

But i want VHTV to clarify this if a request is been made but not getting saved because of moment operators choice of not liking apartments.

VHTV has a website that has to be to everyone needs gay straight bi or whatever. I don’t see VHTV refusing to have such and such on their site based on their choices and views they need to do what they customer wants. This is what moment operator should be to save request and put aside their views and pride of an apartment just because they don’t like it and save moments to the archve.

To sparkles. He keeps wanting me to apply as i my issue is the time in saving a video to the archives.

No idea what this even means

I haven’t done that? You said it was conjecture when there is actual proof it isn’t

I haven’t got an issue with any of the MO’s

Stop being so sensitive, I wasn’t talking about you.

What? I’m Not being sensitive, You replied to me?

VHTV refuse to have male only and gay content on their twitter feed.

If they didn’t care they wouldn’t be operators in a first place. But that doesn’t mean they have to obey every our request. They have a right to say no. Especially if they’re doing it for free and sacrifising their own time.

Have they stated this.

Well just search back in their posting history and find me a time when they posted about a male shower or a guy masturbating or some gay sex. I think you will struggle to find one.

But to answer your question, yes they have told me they are aware that male things do not get posted on their twitter, that the policy won’t be changing at the moment but may be something they will look at in the future.

I do understand the sacrifice, busy or time consuming part but this is like a restaurant with a bad costumer service.you know what I mean?

No it’s nothing like a restaurant. The people that work in a restaurant are all paid the going rate and also get monetary tips from customers. Moments operators are not paid.

But maybe you are on to a good idea. Perhaps our customers ie you, would like to send us some monetary tips for saving to the archive.

If i would send any moment operator money they would have to save a request and not refuse it.

Yes, but disagree because they’re not employees.

Let’s take your example - imagine there is a restaurant where are no waiters. Then there is a group of people who offer that they will serve the dishes for free. All good. And then there is this one customer which is _____, smell with piss a no one wants to service him. Would you do that? For free?

It’s a non-paid job so you can do whatever you like.

Is that what you are saying?

Why do they agree to do the job if they do not willing to?

Basically yes.

I can save what I want and not save what I don’t want. There are no rules or requirements imposed on me on what I must and must not save.

As long as moments operator position is voluntary, such things may happen.

I have some long due pending requests from several members to become moments operator, and I’ll add them to the team this week. This might solve the disbalance in terms of operators interest. Just as with content diversity, the moments operators team needs the diversity to be introduced via its members.

They just want to help. But that doesn’t mean they have to end up covered with puke I’d say.
