The song isn’t really my cup of tea either—at least not entirely—but at least I respect the viewers’ opinion.

There is nothing to respect there, that kind of song you find in every single club from the sea side all summer long, same like the Cyprus’s one. Nothing to do with making quality music

Come on most big party songs just hit the right nerve of the audience to a specific time.
Take Gangnam Style for example. It was not so successful because Psy was such a good singer

For years now, Eurovision has had nothing to do with the quality of the music. The winner is whatever is the most catchy, and everything else is just a political, gay show.
Probably, i haven’t watched this for many, many years. But a bimbo to win with that shitty song…..wtf…. this is beyond ridiculous. That is totally a 1 week clubbing song ( until another bimbo comes with a newer one )

It was quite balanced today. Less political than usual
I don’t know about politics, but there were a lot of really good songs this year: Denmark, Finland, Australia, Poland, Norway, Serbia, Croatia, Moldova, Albania. All very good songs
Just as a quick side note: I found a calculation error in the point allocation… With 35 voting countries and two sets of 58 points (representing the combined totals from the juries and the viewers, respectively), the grand total across everything should be 4,060 points. However, the actual total is 4,118—that’s 58 points too many 
Edit: Turns out it’s not a bug after all… it’s resolved.
