But I have to say 90 bonus days is significantly more generous than usual with these codes. So if people know that they are going to buy another year anyway, at some point, maybe they should do so now instead of later.

However, considering that after the last price increase from 299 euros to 384 euros, what VHTV offers has not noticeably improved, and the regular outages of the main site, it is no longer a bargain.
I also find it surprising that 180 days costs €170. If I were to buy two 180-day packages, it would only cost me €340 for 360 days, instead of €384 for 365 days.
A really strange pricing policy.

I agree, strange pricing policy, maybe the intern did it. I just renewed with the Spooky promo code. It works out at 84 cents per day for 455 days. The €299 for 365 days previous pricing was 82 cents per day.
I still have 15 days left on my monthly subscription. If I sign up for a new one now, will I lose those days?
Of course not. I currently have 543 days as I prematurely bought another year because bitcoin was so high.
I bought another year with 30ish days left, so I got 365, plus 90 for free plus my existing 30, I have 476 days of membership, into February 2027
