The phrase ‘10 characters’ NEVER EVER needs to be used if the comment is written properly or indeed creatively (however one might wish to define the word “creatively”).

I would define that as using emojis, punctuation and spacing to ‘fill in’ when necessary.

Potentially, it has something to do with every single subject on the forum. It just happens to appear here, because of an earlier comment, to which I replied.
