That’s interesting because when I view it, there’s a line there, although it’s not a consecutive string of any character, such as an underscore, a dash, an em dash, an en dash, etc.
when a line starts with ****… or -----… or ____… its a formatting command that is hidden when detected. but the chars seem to count for the rule.
when put that repeated chars in ‘’, you see them
‘_______________’

That’s true, but it only takes three asterisks to get that line, so that only equals three characters out of the 10 required.
