As stated above, you need to be more specific about what you want saved.
And, if it happened more than 48 hours ago, they can’t save it, at all. The MOs only have a 48 hour window in which to save things.

I will not save a sequence of several hours like 04:00 am to 10:00 am on 8 cams.
If you want parts saved, 1 room and a decent size time-sequence per request.
It will not happen, that unspecified time-frames like half an evening are saved as a “let’s-wait-and-see-what-happens” block.
There has to be one consecutive activity, that’s going on for a certain time.
And when the room is empty, the activity and the saving of it has ended.
Saving can not include more than one room.
So it has to be one room, one time-passage per request.
