I think this is extremely complicated. Most likely the Apollo mission was easier
There are so many problems. First the mics of the cams are not good enough to get good audio everywhere. Second paying for a service which translates and produces subtitles live for over 30+ apartments 24/7 is insanely expensive. And displaying them and showing who is speaking will be one more thing next to impossible. Might work with two people. But imagine a party with 10 people.
This is simply not possible. Unless people are willing to pay 500$ a month for their subs
I agree @jabbath1987. Subtitles sounds like an amazing idea, for a few seconds, untill you actually start think about it. It would never work in reality. In fact, I think it would cause more confusion than it would solve.
But more native English speaking tenants would be nice.
I think you missed the point of regional dialect which could be really difficult for subtitles to pick up. I have seen a few Youtube videos with subs on and even though in the video they are speaking English the subtitles don’t always show the same thing.
im English and cant understand any realm’s languages at all subtitles will allow me and a lot of other people to enjoy VHTV more knowing what is happening during conversation and other happenings
Yes, sometimes speaking English, with a French accent (and actual French language quite often when he is chatting to himself (!) …and I think from the Czech Republic.
Most of the time, the dialogue is between two people. Sometimes they are angry, and sometimes they are happy. If another couple is involved, subtitles enhance the experience. It wont work for a party, but most of the apartments don’t have many parties. I love the parties, and the chances that sex will happen, is pretty good. Your site is viewed all over the world, and the universal language is English. It would put you
step ahead of everyone else. We would enjoy the sex even more, if we understood more of the situations.
It can be done!
Just forget about the idea. They are not talking about anythng interesting. Nobody will pay $500/month to know if milk in the participant’s fridge is outdated or not.
Even the voice recognition system is installed, it will not work because of working TV, working fridge, FM radio and noise from the window.
Well it seems it is possible, though I’m not sure the Russian to English dictionary they use is up to it (it knows"Trouble"). I expect it will improve.
Lust house recorded a few minutes ago.
Also threw it at a recording of Spain’s Got Talent - much more impressive…
