I can confirm that there are no issues from Poland either and I understand buffering can be an infuriating issue, but it wouldn’t be in the company’s best interest to let this happen and if they are like other sites they will have strict analytics monitoring the streams.
Most of the times these problems are picked up even before the user sees them through automated systems which quickly switch to backup options.
