I totally believe in support telling us what they think they know, but going by the past, they sometimes are not told all the plans from the managers. 
And in no way am I dissing support here as I think they do a great job, and I think that sometimes people give them too much of a hard time.
It’s common sense that you are not going to be able to tell all the companies day to day going on’s.
I got this information directly from Anna & Alex and they asked me to post it here. And yes Matthew will be there too. But there are also more people planned. Sabrina is no longer involved in future planning.

I have no idea what that means, but the point is that if you work for a company, you do what your boss instructs you to do and support are the middle people and often wrongly take the flack for the company.
