Timeline gaps are back @VHTV_James
Noticed this earlier what does it mean?
Technical issue.
Timeline no longer updating for me at all. Just a flat lineâŚ
Did you do a ticket.
Work this one out then⌠I saw a place yesterday where the 24-hour clock was the wrong way around as night was day e.g. 15:34 and day was in the night format e.g. 03:34. Cannot remember which apartment it was.
Not yet⌠Letâs see if they recognize themselves
Looks like itâs still happening and also when switching cameras there is a pause or the camera loads twice.
Yes problem is back. Flat timeline and slow cam changing.
Well this time i reported the issue besides waiting around for them to notice it.
It feels like every answer is automated with the same answer seriously can they not have better replies.
Good day,
We reported the problem and will work on fixing it as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconveniences caused.
Thanks for understanding!
Timeline is stopped again.
Always at same time. Should be an indication for @VHTV_James where to look when it always occurs at same time.
Yes it looks like itâs becoming a regular pattern at a certain time.
Seems not something easy to fix as itâs that way for three nights now.
Guys, Iâm not aware of what causes it, but our devops team is investigating this issue and they are being informed about every timeline drop happening these days. It seems like itâs definitely not an east patch and it requires more time than both you and I could expect from us. Please with us, weâre doing everything to fix it and prevent that from happening in the future.
Hopefully you find the root of the problem itâs gone down again seems to happen at a certain time everyday if that is any help to the devops team.
Yes and it makes it very hard to save stuff for us operators as we do not have any indications at all.
Like the last time when it happened i found an issue with the delay of cameras loading or loading twice so whenever it happens some other issues happens also. I donât see this issue i described happening now.
The âslow switchâ is back now too
