i really think managers need to all go buy a cheap ass tablet and give them to all realms and only have their realms streaming on it so they know when shit goes off or is laggy
just have it under the tv so its in eye shot and you can see if you need to fix shit

Regarding camera falling down, out of order ect. There can be automatic system to notice the realm. Where viewers can report the camera, and one or more in the realm gets a feedback on it on telegram.
Regardless, the support and feedback system for VHTV seems a bit outdated when compering the streamline and quick proccess on other sites.
Do you want to go back and reread what I wrote, then remove or edit your responses?

And I also do not know a faster support than VHTV support. But maybe he will enlighten us…
The screenshots are from Stripchat. Its not automated, as its goes by support.
Use screenshot from there as example as an compering to fill in a from here on VHTV support.
For example, if wanted to report audio not working on camera, it would be 2 mouse clicks. Compering to open a support tab and fill in a form.

Its not automated in the way its sends a message to realm/participant if there is an camera falling down, that would require some sort of advance censors on the camera themself.
Just more streamlined that its quicker from viewer perspective to report it forward.
And for notice to the realm via telegram, it could be simple screenshot of reported issue to one or more of them in said realm if they use telegram for more then just see the VHTV post
We already have an automated notification system based on equipment availability, but it cannot cover every possible case. On top of that, participants are living their lives and cannot be expected to react instantly to notifications for 10+ cameras 24/7, unlike camming streams.
Regarding your idea, I both like it and hate it. The first things that come to mind are a huge number of faulty reports, lack of context and feedback, and a lot of spam. Though instead currently we are getting tickets like “camera not working” or “lagging” without any explanation or even specification of camera, what does not really help too =)
At the same time, it looks very fast and convenient to use and already contains camera information, which would be useful for both sides if done properly. Maybe we could look into adding a “report camera” button on the camera page, which will create ticket just the same way it does on support page - with proper info 
For me, one of the benefit on such report function is when I am on phone or tablet, its quick and easy. I hate to type on phone and tablet, so when I do watch more mobile, I do not report issues. As related to faulty reports or spam. There could be report cool down from viewer side, or X number off report to each realm in X time span.
And to be honest, I don’t remember the email used to sign up in my head. I keep my naughty stuff on its own email account. (It look like random keyboard punch in 
) So I do need PC to look up what it was again when using current report function.
Even like a pop up function not leaving the viewing (or lack of something to view) camera would help a lot.
