Hiii guys i have written a few stories for Literotica including three loosely based around these voyeur flats that we all love so much . Not in rrussia of course but based in England that i know better .
Here is the third of them which came to mind when i saw this new forum and some of the suggestions for improving what we get to watch ( with so much enjoyment).

Chapter 1
The Announcement.
Depending upon which screen you were watching, some time that day you would have seen all of the young people housed in free apartments under the VSX scheme pick up their mobile phones or computers and read the message from their sponsors.
‘Good morning Emily,’ or Graham, or Sam, or indeed, any one of twenty-odd names, ‘You will remember that under the terms of our contract, if you work or study, you should have booked a holiday from work or college from the 20th to the 28th June. We, the management of VSX, have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to organise the first Annual VSX World Games. You will receive the rules of the competition in around a week’s time. To be precise you will receive the rules at 5 pm, your local time, on Friday 19th June 2015. The Games, involving all ten apartments competing against each, other will start at midnight that same day and end at midnight Sunday 28th June. At that time we will be able to declare a winning apartment, and the victors will receive a prize of £5,000. The losing finalists will receive £2,000. Regrettably the four first round losers will receive a promise that at some stage during the next week their apartment will be invaded by our ‘Penalty Squad’. This is a reward which we will state categorically, that you will not enjoy. This Penalty Round, which may include both BDSM and Non-Consent style activities, will we believe, both add a little theatre for our members and incentivise the competitors in the early rounds. Good luck in the competition.’
At around the same time the members, who pay the monthly fee to make the whole scheme work, were receiving a different message.
‘Dear VSX Member, we are proud to announce the start of the First Annual VSX World Games starting Midnight 19th June 2015 and finishing at Midnight 28th June 2015. This will be immediately followed by the award of the prizes we are offering. The winners will share £5,000, the runners up £2,000. The competition will conclude with the Penalty Round, for first round losers, sometime the following week. Warning texts will be sent, marginally in advance of the incursion, in time for members to login and view. Regrettably, due to the high expenses incurred in the holding of this event the management of VSX will have to charge a one-off, non-recurring, payment of $200, €185 or £160. This does sound expensive but when you read the rules and realise that each of the apartments will have a fulltime cameraman with a hand- held camera for the duration of the competition, you will see that it will be well worth the payment. Regrettably we will have to suspend regular viewing during the competition but we will offer all members who do not take up the Competition offer a free, regular-months viewing. As a final guarantee the $200 will be completely refundable within twelve hours of the start of the competition for those of you who do not think you are getting good value. The top cameramen and the apartments they are covering will also be eligible for monetary prizes earned by your votes, perhaps as a result of exceptional close-ups or maybe great sound action. Your votes will determine the winners. It will obviously be in the resident’s interest to assist their cameraman in his endeavours. We are confident that the competitors will be working with them, for you, to provide a unique viewing experience. Voyeurism at it’s finest. Methods of payment will be found on the VSX website. You can only imagine the furory that this caused amongst the paying members, ‘Don’t we pay enough already,’ ‘Those greedy bastards are just trying to fleece us,’ ‘Half the flats don’t have enough sex now to make it worth paying the current rate let alone two hundred dollars.’ ‘How dare they cut me off for nearly ten days, even if they are going to give me a free month. Well, I suppose that’s not unreasonable.’
A sensible regular voice on the fan-blog eventually pointed out that until we saw the rules it was pointless to argue. At the moment it was just like the premium line, you didn’t have to pay. You could vote with your feet. He did point out though that the management did seem extremely confident and that if the rules were framed right the residents would be fucking like bunnies on coke. It may not be worth two hundred he conceded but until we see the rules and how the residents react we can just wait. Another voice added, possibly tongue in cheek, that, well, just maybe, they will all start a sexual free-for-all. We were promised at least 14 days and/or nights of unusual action for less than twenty dollars a day. As he pointed out the difficulty was in the early stages watching the action hopefully occurring in all of the ten apartment buildings.
We would have to wait for the rules. Management were obviously going to say no more.
Chapter 2
The Rules.
‘Ladies and Gentlemen here are the rules, or more accurately the points evaluation system.
Rule 1. There are no rules. You can do what you like. While you are contractually obliged to enter the games you may consider the opportunity to earn £5,000 per flat not enough of a prize to warrant the extra sex involved. You will almost automatically then be candidates for the Penalty Game, which I am sure you will not enjoy. Also you may be quickly replaced in the luxurious apartment that you are living in.
Each apartments contestants will try to amass as many points as possible and the six teams awarded the most points after round one will go through to the next round.
Points will be awarded as follows
Acts of cunnilingus, fellatio, rimming, fingering, masturbation, snowballing with your regular partner will receive one point, (sixty-nineing therefore counting as two).
Those acts with a new partner 2 points.
Every act of full sex including anal, with your regular partner 2 points each.
Every act of full sex with a new partner 4 points.
Extreme sexual activity, for example BDSM, water sports, or various taboo acts will score 5 points at the discretion of the management.
Every act of full sex with an outrageous unusual sexual partner, possibly an old age pensioner, or perhaps a height or obesity challenged individual 5 points at the managements discretion.
Unusual acts such as, in the past, Emily showing her naked vagina to her partner over Skype, or more regular phone or Skype sex, perhaps outdoor sex or flashing one’s genitals in public will receive points at the discretion of the management. The cameraman will need to record any scene that you wish to count towards your points total.
Same sex coupling would score the same.
Sam, Bryony and Melissa appear to have an advantage as there are three of them but as they do not appear to have regular boyfriends to call upon this is somewhat nullified. Also the prize has to be split between more people.
Single people like Barbara and Tracy will have to work really hard, but can of course move someone in to their apartment for the duration of the games. Only sexual acts by one of the twenty-one contestants will score. A party for example with random couples making love will obviously be enjoyed by the members but will only receive points towards the competition for those couplings including a host. A new partner will only be a new partner for 48 hours after that it will be deemed a regular partner until 72 more hours has elapsed, when they will become again a new partner.
Mutiple acts need to have an hour between penetrations to count for multiple points.
You all have access to the web so can easily login to your membership account to see whether your fellow contestants are taking it seriously. The management however will not post any scores until after the first seventy- two hour part one finishes.
The results of part one and the points available for part two will be advised on the Tuesday and will run through Wednesday and Thursday. Competitors will compete with each of two other apartments, the points leaders after forty-eight hours going directly through to the final and the cash prizes. The final details will be advised on the Friday when the finalists will be expected to travel to meet each other. All transport tickets and hotels will be supplied and the competition will be held over the forty- eight hours of Saturday and Sunday.
It will be to your advantage to form a good working relationship with your cameraman as a further total of £5,000 will be available, being voted upon by the members to be shared between the 50/50 between the cameramen and the contestants.
Let me just remind you that you all signed our contractual agreement including Para 83B on page 14 which read ‘I agree to take part willingly in any form of Physical Penalty or Punishment imposed upon me at any time by the management.’ This phrase we believe, covers any action that our teams may make upon your persons as part of the penalty Game.

Chapter 3 The first round.
In Emily and Graham’s Apartment
