Site keeps making me sign back in

I had a similar issue even with that option checked. On top of that, the whole website had UI issues with graphics missing and elements missing on the page. I noticed that maps of apartments were appearing with camera positions marked (mboile web). I’m guessing this was some sort of update or new feature integration test. Seems all sorted now.
We are working to release new version of VHTV (no significant visual changes yet), that’s why many may experience issues with their logged-in sessions. In case you see yourself logged out of the service, just log back in again and don’t forget to tick “Remember me” in order to keep your session active.
These updates are not related to what @usa2020 described. Public works on update started several hours ago.
I guess the “hole” in the timeline in all places might be related to that too? It is not a big deal so do not want to bother support with it 
That explains why I was getting an error saying the media could not be loaded showing a black screen with a white X in the centre. It is still now a little slow to load on certain realms.
When will the update be completed and will we get ant prior warnings of the likelihood of any prolonged outages @VHTV_James ?
No works were done since my last message +1-2 hours. You’d better report your experience to VHTV Support, they will be able to assist you
