Shelia

Maybe it’s time we BOMBARD Henry with posts about the status and care of those pets.

Ffs… The best u can come up with…

That your site let animal abuse be broadcasted for weeks, but no comment!

Well, there would be the possibility of penalties against the manager and perhaps proof that the ‘problem’ has been solved.

It’s funny that there are always new rules regarding drinks and animals. (I realise that this is partly because of payment providers)

But you solve such ‘problems’ by switching them off.

That would be similar (to put it drastically) to simply switching off the cameras and taking the flat offline in the event of a homicide or rape. It doesn’t matter whether the victim is okay later.

My previous reply has already addressed your question. Please see above.

But seriously what should VHTV do? As sad as it is VHTV can’t send anybody in the apartments against the participants will and do something there.
So the only thing to be safe and don’t get in trouble because of neglecting animals is to switch off the apartment.

There is just nothing VHTV can do here.

I had answered this one.

So the way I see it, VHTV is only an exclusive streaming provider and doesn’t want to/can’t take care of what happens in people’s homes.

If necessary, you switch off and case solved.

Kindly asking you to keep the conversation respectful. We’ve taken flat offline as soon as one person sent us a real report with proof not just general complaints. Apartment may be back when the addressed issue is fixed.

I too thought the same thing.

You can’t compare that. We don’t know the regulations for that in the country they live. And reporting them to the police and getting them into serious trouble in a country where you really don’t want to be questioned by the police or even get taken in custody. And we can only speculate what will happen to the animals if the authorities take them…

Well, there are/were (in the past) penalties for everything … how do you get all the people as a rule … about the money.

But I don’t care about that now.

Again VHTV has not authority there. They are not allowed to just go into people’s apartments.
If rules are v.iolated by participants the right thing is to switch off the apartment.
Seriously what do you think?

We’ve already seen that here when the police don’t turn up as guests at the flats, which can quickly lead to the end of the flat.

That wasn’t my point, but the manager of this flat has been in the business for a very long time and knows the rules of the game.

It used to be said that he was one of the managers with the least conspicuous behaviour … but we remember a secret room, which was denied for a long time … now just flats that violate many standards …

It’s strange that such an experienced manager can’t/won’t intervene properly here.

You don’t get it at all. What shall VHTV do? They are just streaming what happens in the apartments. If rules are v.iolated there will be fines or the participant is kicked out; means contract is terminated.

What else do you expect?

The manager might think it’s easier to leave it offline as to invest time and money to solve the issue.

I seriously don’t think this place will be online again. It would be a big surprise for me.

I haven’t?

You’ve sent @jabbath1987 for damage control, which is fine!

Nobody sent me. I am just trying to help and explain. @kaya does a damn good job and sometimes she should get a bit of support :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I don’t need damage control for “stalk Shelia outside the stream” issue as it has nothing to do with the project

Are u high honestly?. You were warned about the issues with the animals before you shut down the apt., but you didn’t care…

En dat is 100 procent terecht .

Do you know the communication between VHTV and the manager prior to switch off the apartment? Usually switching off an apartment is the Ultima Ratio and there were fines given before
