Well, that may be so, desperate times takes desperate measures. On the other hand, just a little more attention to these pets could help a lot here.

It breaks my heart seeing those animals there. She shouldnât have them. sheâs clearly a troubled individual and can barely look after herself let alone animals. Thereâs dogshit in the living room, the kitchen is fucking disgusting, the bedroom looks like it reeks. No wonder she gets no visitors anymore, place is a health hazard and those animals deserve better.

Iâm guessing VHTV finally took notice of the animal situation there, and shut the place down. I mean, dogs crapping on the floor on live TV 'cause they havenât been looked after and stuff isnât good TVâŚ

The big question is will it help the animals? The cat will not survive there for long if it is not taken out. 
(I have lived with cats and dogs together for over 50 years). I am aware of the differences when it comes to the conditions for keeping animals there and what I am used to. It does not excuse a lack of care when they are excessively on â24/7 camera surveillanceâ with people who are responsible! JMO
