There is a broomstick furthest out to the right. That is what caught my attention immediately.

Sorry Tyrese, but I don’t see a broomstick anywhere in the room. Could you help me out?

Welcome to the Witch Woods.   It looks like a broom stick, but it probably is closer to a bird sheaf. :hugs:

Is it Mindy visiting along with Wendy?

Do you mean the dried plants in the vase on the table? I had never heard the term bird sheaf. Probably because it’s a Scandinavian custom. Do you hide your brooms on Julaften?

Yes of course, the Business, Development, Sales & Marketing office is just down the hall, to the left and then right past the HR office :stuck_out_tongue: :joy: :innocent:

In fact I have never ever used a bird neck on Christmas Eve Ever.

What’s a bird neck?

I am trying to describe a usual fugle nek in norwegian. That is not very easy. Because there are some expressions regarding that in english. I am not english. Actually.

Well I know what a “fugle nek” is in the literal sense, but not even Google can help me here, in what it has to do with X-Mas.

Oh I got it. It’s called a “neg” here. It was the whole “neck” thing that got me confused :grinning:

Is “bird neck” another term for “bird sheaf”? All I could find online was stuff about Odin’s ravens, nixies, actual birds’ necks, etc.

The guests have left. Henry is back and fixing the shower first! :shower: :hugs:

Update: Lovely Wendy is still here. Could be interesting! :yum:

Well. I am only a regular norwegian after all. I am doing my best. Bird sheaf showed up as an alright expression to use regarding that. Another expression which actually showed up is Christmas Sheaves. I am sorry if that is incorrect.
