It’s never happened before that an apartment went offline during cleaning. There’s more to it than that. Why had she emptied and unpacked so many things from the closet beforehand? She also put Chanel in the carrier and packed everything for her cat, including the litter box.

Does anyone know or have an idea why Shelby took her cat Chanel away yesterday? Or maybe Shelby herself can enlighten us. The conversations between Shelby and Chanel are sorely missed.
Maybe the answer is given now. Offline caused by “Landlord visit”!

That’s what I was trying to imply. She took a quick look to see if it was OK (she doesn’t own the apartment, I guess)!

That’s apparently why Morlock had to leave the apartment. Shelby also confiscated Morlock’s key ring.
And most likely also the case why Chanel left…

Do you mean Mira or Shelby because of the apartment? The actual tenant was, or even still is, Mira.
I think Mira still rents the apartment!

I have no idea, but it must be true. Otherwise, she wouldn’t have to be present when the landlord visits.
It could also be that she knows “him”. No point in speculating on this. No cameras or anything else have been removed!

Most of the time when the landlord visits they end up, taking the cameras off the walls. This may not be the case in this apartment, but in some apartments they do they have to.
