In adult cats, the skin on the back of the neck is no longer designed to support their entire body weight. So the way that guy (Karel?) grabbed the cat by the scruff and carried it around the apartment was not okay.
I know this comment won’t change anything, but I just had to get this off my chest…
What do you suggest for an angry fighting cat?
Throw a towel over it and carry it away with both hands. If there’s no towel, then do it without one and get scratched. If you put two unfamiliar cats together in a flat, you have to expect that things might get a bit awkward, especially if you don’t go about it properly. But then that’s the humans’ fault, not the cats’.

Yes I agree, Karel was unnecessarily rough in the way he handled the situation. Perhaps I should have commented it.
Still the whole thing were over in just a few seconds, and as soon as Karel got to the kitchen he held the cat in a more gentle way, cuddled a little with it to calm it down, before he took the cat out of the apartment.
