It is familiar to me in this way, it is spelled a little differently in my language (tiara). As a name, however, I have never heard of. And it sounds nice.

Ariane - incredibly expensive (ā3 in world after Delta Heavy and chinese super heavy CZ-5b), and then thereās Musk with his Falcon. But cool rocket - incredibly expensive, but good.
Not really, as if you calculate the reusability and frequency of Falcon 9 the costs are coming down and down. Musk said last night said that he can see within a couple of years the cost per launch will be as low as $1 to 2 million, which will surpass anything on the market. But this is way off-topic and if you want to make a separate post then I will be more than happy to discuss it with you there.
