I think Henry is the most direct and honest with what he expects form participants/couples when they tell him they want to or are ok with swinging. I don’t see any creepy/sneaky moves from him. If I am wrong anyone is more than welcome to correct me 
I am not a native Russian speaker but I am fluent in Russian. I have visited Russia many times. I have worked in Russia and was married to a Russian for many years. Our primary language of communication being Russian

Let’s put it this way, he can be very charming to come as a destination. But you don’t have to spend hours talking to a lady or sending wives forward for a woman to say yes.
He had more or less offered Kosta & Indira to get out or advised them to discuss the limits of what they think the partner is allowed to do. But they didn’t do that. So there was always trouble. Especially at that time from Kosta.
I really don’t think Mikl would mind having a foursome with all of them. He probably would be annoyed if he wasn’t involved which is fair.
Shana is not his property, so there can also be 3s Shana, Kosta and Indira. Only Mikl doesn’t like that. Indira, Shana and Mikl, he would do that.
In my opinion, Shana is one of the girls here who knows most clearly what she wants. She also says clearly when she doesn’t want something. You don’t have to talk to her for 30 minutes, because maybe she does it after all.
I do not mind discussing about what they are saying up to a point. For one, of course their names are not the name by which we know them by but I do not wish to mention the names they use among themselves. I do not often watch what is going on with the sound on. As I mentioned at one point, in kitchen they often have the fan running which drowns out all conversations. I can tell you that Kostija, the fellow visiting now and Wendy all have something to do with cooking schools and restaurant work.
Again, in other rooms when there are crowds, there is loud music which drowns out the words.
Even in cases where I was very curious about certain details which I would play back, hearing the conversation was often a challenge. Another thing, some of the participants have foreign accents, which, together with surrounding noise makes it hard to make out the speech. No foreign accent when Indira speaks, she is always easier to understand
Yes, I think a lot of the problems they have had is not discussing or fully being ok with what the limits of their relationship are. It appeared Kostja had a hard to expressing what was ok and was not to other swingers as well at first. I feel some people knew this and took advantage of the fact or at the very least weren’t helpful with the situation. Say what you want about @SavannahFromRussia and @TroyFromRussia but they have always been much less pushy when it comes to I&K and wanting them to swing with them.
I don’t think they are their actually names either. Unless you are also hearing Savannah and Troy call each other by different names too. I believe the names I&K call each other are also stage names. Names for guests are chosen by moments operators before they become full time participants. This is a reason you will occasionally see participants have a name changed to something they would like.
You just need to update your preferences, or just leave it as it is if you prefer.
Regarding the names, I had to smile. Indira had called one morning, according to Kosta, because his phone had rang. I wondered briefly when she was calling. In addition, the short forms of the names, depending on the situation.
Also, sometimes I have to rethink, because I live in Germany and here there are sometimes other short forms of the names, as in the Russian.
Coming from the service industry I could tell just by watching Kostja he had at least some type of culinary background by the way he does things in the kitchen. You just do things differently when you are in the industry, regardless of what country you live in.
Do you also understand some Russian? I took German in High School. My teacher was not the best and neither was my desire to learn the language at the time 
I do regret that now.

Troy & Savanna are dear participants. They only have (which just led to the dispute) a cleanliness stick.
Mikl & Tejo, for example, are very sex-fixated and want everyone and always. Mikl also likes to do the same for every woman vaginal, anal and oral.
Troy also loves to conquer, but when resistance comes, he usually withdraws.
Mikl & Tejo see themselves more as sex kings and think the ladies have to show something. Gladly also times via persuasion or just try.
