I don’t understand Russian so I can’t comment about Troy going into the room twice. I have no idea what he said or his motivations, though he disappeared quickly both times.
I do agree that neither Tess nor Wendy seemed to be in a hurry to end things. It looked like Tess was more concerned about getting out to everyone again, but you are right that she initiated much of the goodbye kissing.
Wendy confidently took charge but I think Tess was totally comfortable with it.
Tess seemed very reserved though in my view.

But Tess returned to kissing or kept it going. And as cynical as I am about kissing on VHTV, sometimes there is a comfort level that goes beyond just doing it as a show. That is not to mean that the kissing represents anything other than kissing in the moment.
Tess also did not try to have Wendy stop fingering or toying her. I agree that it likely would have continued if Troy had not poked his head into the room twice. If a girl feels nothing or doesn’t enjoy it then she will stop it.

I get your point but I’m not sure I can make an educated conclusion because I don’t understand Russian. I don’t know what is said during those interactions.
You are right that people (usually the participants) commonly open doors when someone is having sex in a room. I have noticed it, too.
Troy may have been overly cautious because both of the girls are guests and not participants. He may have just been checking to be sure that everything was ok. I floated that to someone else and they shot me down with the argument that he could have checked the cameras in the room. While that is true, I have no reason to believe he did and he was being malicious before opening the door. Just my opinion.
