I wonder how else viewers can describe an individuals size when comparing them to other participants without offending other viewers. At the end of the day, people are of different sizes and it is usually one of the ways to differenciate them from another person that looks similar to them (face wise). Any ideas?, coz I sometimes get myself into trouble when I mean no offence.

Idk tbh my comment was meant to be lighthearted and not serious. Whenever some of my friends gained a little weight, we would say looks like they are starting to gain their winter coat.
I was also thinking breasts, hers looked larger to me, can we get them together and compare measurements?

My suggestion is to consider what you are writing and ask yourself if you would say the same thing to a woman’s face. If not then you are probably writing something offensive.
Would you tell a woman you just met that she is "slightly larger?’ Would @Edd5512 tell a stranger that he wants her to get together with someone else to compare measurements? If either of you did, would you have a knee in your groins before you could say you meant no offense?
In my real life, if I ask to a women (that I know really well), whether they have put on weight, they just laugh, they never take offence because they know I’m not trying to be offensive. Then we proceed to talk about how she can get back into shape 
If I don’t know them well, I won’t even comment. Obesity and diabetes is a problem in our community, my concern is about their health and well being. On this forum I do try and be as careful as I can with my words.
