It isn’t what I saw and I don’t post [sic] fantasies, but it was a forum that I saw and yes I could be totally wrong and I am not discounting that in any way or form. I posted a picture of them kissing in the bathroom on the forum and I based my reaction on that picture to her reaction to that picture which was why I posted. Maybe wrong, maybe right, it’s over and done with now.
Thanks for trying to clarify everything for us. It’s much appreciated. It seems some ppl are going to believe what they want to believe…
It looked like scrolling and not new posts. The time difference is 3 minutes. And it’s not a fact that those pictures belong to their apartment (they like to look others apt). Or another phase of party. Again, she scrolls a lot of posts - and from the kiss to the moment when she watches 3 minutes (or even, you spent some time for posting).
And in any case, she tried to do the best for this girl in this situation. She offered to stay. When the girl finally said - home. She started helping her with makeup. Ask call as soon as got home.
Hard to believe in facts nowadays for some people when they made up different things in their minds
Fair enough Andrey and thanks for clearing it up.
I agree. I watched that part of the footage, she was looking at something else, and she was still sitting down when Troy walked out of the bathroom.
Oh kinda like how Indira and Kostja are going to get married and be a hallmark couple for eva and eva??
And another addition. Kostja with her not to car, but to her apartment. Here he tells about completed mission.
Therefore, solution situation with this girl is very-very correct.
Good he brought her home. In her condition might not be safe on her own.
I think Savannah is blocking the exist of the kitchen in this picture so Indira, Kostja and the new girl are trapped and can’t leave. Her plan next is to kiss all of them
Savannah wants them all to herself, and she’ll lock Troy in the bathroom first lol
I am going to admit from the outset that I do not know Russian law and I did not research it.
@Demario181661, please cite your source (Russian law) that states the “duty of care” requirement for a property owner to an invitee as it relates to _____ing and a_____l (I get that this is a rented apartment and not owned property but “property owner” is legal language).
Here in the United States, what you did on the forum is called “making something out of whole cloth.” In basic terms, it is making something up with absolutely zero basis in fact.
Put another way, it is pulling something out of your ass.
A property owner in the United States has a duty of care to make sure a property is safe for an invitee.
Regarding _____ing, some states have what are called “social host liability laws” where a property owner can be held civilly (financially) and criminally liable if an invited guest gets _____ and causes harm to a third party.
Please cite the criminal or civil harm that occurred where a prosecutor would even consider charging someone (NOTE: someone is usually only charged here if a prosecutor has a better than even belief that she can win in court). And specify who would be charged.
There is no duty of care to prevent an invitee from getting _____ even in states with social host liability laws.
On the legal claim, I call BS.
Maybe some users wish there were certain protections for someone who got _____ at another person’s party. We can have a robust debate on that point and we might even reach an agreement that could be suggested to local legislators. But that isn’t what we are discussing here. We are discussing what happened in Savannah and Troy’s apartment and whether anything v_____ed a law.
The post was the worst form of gaslighting we could see here on the forum. Not surprisingly, certain users ran with the idea as if it was fact. This was irresponsible but I give them a pass. They were responding to someone else’s complete nonsense without knowing it was BS.
Pivoting from the legal argument, I want to give my opinion about what happened.
To be clear, my perspective on yesterday’s events is likely different than almost everyone’s because almost all of you are guys.
FULL DISCLOSURE: I have not had a _____ since 2000. I chose to stop _____ing after someone in my UCLA dorm had a bad experience at fraternity parties while she was _____.
People posted that it was irresponsible to serve the guest a_____l or that she couldn’t handle her a_____l because she was small.
Troy posted that she was 21 so it was legal for her to _____.
A person’s size is not the determining factor about whether she can handle her a_____l.
I am a little overweight, but it would likely take little a_____l for me to lose control considering my recent _____ing inexperience.
Contrast my size with the guest yesterday, who we know nothing about. For all we know she is a functioning a_____lic. Or this may have been the first time she had ever tasted a_____l. We on the forum do not know.
I agree with the posts that said it was poor form for Troy to prevent the guest from leaving the bathroom. However, I lack full context because I don’t understand what was said between Troy and the girl. Muted video does not tell the complete story.
@andrey28 did us all a service by explaining more of the context. We should all appreciate that clarity rather than dismissing it because it does not comport with our initial judgments. Thanks for the effort and for filling in the gaps.
Based on those explanations, here are some conclusions I made:
- Troy and Savannah presented options to the guest so she could s___p off her i__________n. She chose to go home, which was one of the options.
- The guest was not f___ed to kiss Troy. Some posts criticized Troy for kissing her when she was _____, which is an opinion. But that is different than saying he f___ed her. HE DID NOT. Go ahead and debate his motivations or hers (being _____, wanting to make a good impression in this audition/internship, etc.) but she was not f___ed to kiss him.
- Savannah did not launch from the couch when she saw on her phone that Troy was kissing the girl in the bathroom. Savannah went to help, but this was not reactionary based on what was happening in the bathroom.
- It did not appear that anyone tried to cut the guest off when she already had too much to _____. Indeed, she was sitting next to Savannah and _____ing while playing cards moments before she rested her head on Savannah’s lap. It did not appear that anyone stopped the guest from _____ing then or at any other point.
- Kostja did the right thing by making sure that the guest got home safely. He is to be commended for doing it himself rather than relying on a taxi or another form of transportation.
Some people have far, too much time on their hands
OMG, so you think you need a law to tell you how you should manage guests you invite into your home? Being a responsibile host doesn’t require a law, he requires common sense. When I have younger (legal) _____ers in my home, I make it my business to keep an eye on them and I ask other responsible adults to do the same. A lot of younger _____ers cannot handle their ______, they get too _____, get into scraps, become obnoxious, and they can ruin a good party. I don’t know how you do things in your home, but that is what works for me, and from memory, I can’t recall ever having a party ruined in my home in he last 10 years, and I have to say, we have had some awesome parties over the years.
Yes, you need a law when you are accusing someone of wrongdoing.
Cite the statute, please.
You are making another conclusion, that Troy and Savannah were irresponsible hosts.
Based on that conclusion, a host who ever has anyone get _____ at their party is irresponsible. That means every college party host is irresponsible.
Troy said the guest was 21. I am pretty sure that legally permits her to _____.
Back in college I was familiar with parties that had keymasters. These people took your keys at the door to make sure you didn’t jump in your car after _____ing. But you were responsible for knowing your own limits and listening to your conscience.
You need to take your stupid legal hat off and apply good old fashion common sense, instead of spouting off all that mumbo jumbo that no one can be bothered reading (it’s fucking boring!). I’m not going to oblige you with anything further because it’s just pointless. Ta-ta
What is more convincing, my “stupid legal hat” or your conspiracy theories and BS?
Tough call.
And for the record, I noticed that you still haven’t cited the Russian statute that would back up your ridiculous claim about Savannah and Troy breaching their duty of care yesterday.
TICK TOCK.
Try using your other head once in a while. Just a suggestion.
Having read through all this crap re supposed legal responsibilty’s may i remind everyone that all participants are adults and responsible for their own behaviour and actions as i assume all members are that post on here.
There were many and beautiful to visit, too bad they did not make love.
