She is sitting again. Maybe just a dizzy spell. She should call an ambulance if she feels bad.
everything is fine, sometimes I lose consciousness due to stress, now it’s more or less, I’ll wash my face and it will become easier

Uh I think you should at least see a doctor at some time. It’s not quite normal losing consciousness due to stress. Just saying.

That diagnosis sounds very vague. Of course the details of your medical condition are none of our business. But I, too, think that you should see a doctor about this to find out the exact reason for this, if you have not already done so.
Also, you did hit your head pretty hard when you fell. Hopefully you don’t have a concussiuon.

This is one type of fainting.
Vasovagal syncope: This can occur when a person experiences a stressful event. Examples include the sight of blood, emotional stress, physical trauma, emotional trauma or pain. The stressful event stimulates a bodily reflex called the vasovagal reaction. Your heart slows down and pumps less blood, so your blood pressure drops. Then, your brain doesn’t get enough oxygenated blood, and you faint. Certain bodily movements or functions also can naturally cause a drop in blood pressure that may lead to fainting spells. Examples include when a person pees, poops, coughs or stretches

Possible Causes
The most common reason for fainting is a sudden drop in blood pressure, which reduces blood flow and oxygen to your brain. There are many reasons why a drop in blood pressure could lead to a temporary loss of consciousness:
Certain medications that treat high blood pressure, such as diuretics (water pills), calcium channel blockers and angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. Other examples include nitrates for heart disease, antipsychotics for mental health disorders, antihistamines for allergies and opioids for pain Dehydration or overheating.
A sudden drop in blood sugar, as may happen in a person who has diabetes.
Activities that may cause you to faint
Things you do with your body that can make you faint include:
Skipping too many meals.
Hyperventilating (breathing too fast).
Working, playing or exercising too hard, especially in the heat.
Standing up too quickly.
Using alcohwater, marijuana or illegal drugs.
PS The most common cause 80% of the times happens when it fall Hematocrit, Hypoglycemia & Low blood pressure
PS 2. Prognosis 90% cause Low Hematocrit Poor diet & iron & vitamin deficiencies, including folic acid & vitamin B12, combined with a lot of stress

Did not see it live but I went back along the timeline to the event and it was hard to watch. Perhaps an admin might consider blanking just that section of the timeline out of courtesy to San.
Secondly, (and I apologise in advance for no doubt creating a heated debate), perhaps this is an appropriate time to use of the ‘Donate’ option. I realise that we only know the percentages of any donation (70% to the participant) and that, to my knowledge, we have never been advised a monetary value I still think that in these difficult times any amount would be well received and beneficial. Perhaps this would alleviate some of the stress for San, supporting herself, two cats and a puppy cannot be easy. We have been assured that the participant does actually receive that percentage and I trust that is the case. The participant does not know who made the donation to avoid direct contact.
Based on the history of forums here, there will possibly be many varied, critical, supporting and opposing comments to this post but having had my say I am unlikely to comment further on this.
