The last Tonk place was also large, and that left possibilities for single-events in big parties, like in the guest room, or Martha’s room after she was gone.
But you are right, it takes people for big parties. 
And as Jabbs said, there will be more rooms opened.

Ryry won’t be alone. Tala is joining her on Tuesday and it will be quite a busy house - remember it is not fully open yet. But it will be a “natural” house where things will take their natural course. Sometimes it will be very quiet but there will also be parties and times of greater activity. Ryry is so loved by those of us who have known her over the years, not just due to her beauty but also due to her sense of fun and because she is very “natural” - when she has sex it will be because she really wants it!

No, this is Ryry’s realm, not Tonks. Ryry is settling in at the moment after a feverish period getting the house ready - it is still not fully open/finished

They corrected the loggia and wardrobe camera today and are waiting for 6 more cameras to open the other two rooms
