depends what ails him surely. I know I wouldnât be happy knowing I had an STI and then perhaps passing it on. That said, if heâs just overused his knob and rubbed it raw, then no, thereâs no reason he canât use mouth and fingers. Given the way he was dunking his appendage in the cup, maybe it is just abrasion related. I canât think of any knob rot that requires that sort of treatment. Usually itâs an ointment or an antibiotic tablet course.
EDIT to add: Unless he has thrush and was dipping his knob in yoghurt. Which isnât really effective. In which case he really wouldnât want to be using his mouth.
