Banana cheesecakes with chocolate

• Ingredients:
  • 400g cottage cheese
  • 1 Banana (200g)
  • 100g of chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 100g flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Basil for decoration
    
    

1. Peel the banana, place it in a deep bowl or plate, and mash with a fork.
   

   

2. Add cottage cheese, sugar, chocolate and vanilla sugar to the banana, mix in the egg. Mix everything with a fork or a blender until it is smooth.
   

   

3. Add 50 g of flour to the dough (the rest will be needed for shaping the cheesecakes).
   

   

4. Using wet hands, form the dough into a round cheesecake weighing 40-50 g.
   

   

5. Roll the cheesecake in flour on all sides (this will help it retain its shape when frying and get an appetizing golden crust).
   

   

6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, place the cheesecakes at some distance from each other. Fry on medium heat on one side for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown.
   

   

7. Turn over to the other side and fry for another 4 minutes.
   

   

8. Place the finished cheesecakes on a plate lined with paper or a napkin to absorb excess oil.
