That is not snoring. Officially, we refer to it as disturbing public order and peace. Additionally, it disrupts the research activities of the nearby seismic center. They are seriously considering relocating the institute.
Aleks is officially prohibited from approaching or staying overnight near tectonic fault lines, by decision of the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning. They say there is a genuine risk of the European-Asian plate slipping.

I have something similar in the hospital room next to me, and sleep is practically impossible. I already asked the nurse if they could put me under like they do for surgery 
She didnāt seem thrilled, but she was understanding. She still didnāt show the tits, tho. Im working on thatā¦.
