While it was once believed that âjust eat less and youâll lose weight,â this notion is now significantly refined, especially given the steep rise in processed foods full of sugar, salt, and artificial ingredients. Adaptation involves adjusting metabolic intake, following a dietary regimen, engaging in guided or regulated physical activity, and utilizing a key factor that deters 95% of people from achieving a balanced body weight: willpower. I wonât even comment on the statements that weight loss is impossible for anyone in this modern, technological world.
Although I agree that body shaming is a sign of a lack of culture and likely a product of oneâs own internal struggles, warning an overweight person is a justified actionâsomething Aleks and I have already discussed constructively, without insults. The warning concerned his rapid weight gain and neglect of physical activity, as evident in his couch habits and chronic phone use, which was further compounded by his consumption of snacks. Itâs not about mockery, at least not from my side. Back then, he promised to focus on physical activities and join a fitness program, which he even confirmed with a few pictures. And that, to me, seems like an excellent response, especially since it aligns with Rosyâs active lifestyle. What could be better than sharing a hobby with your partner that is also healthy?
But I have a feeling that Aleks may have given up on it. Of course, I hope Iâm wrong. He is too young to already be facing issues related to excessive weight at this stage in his life.

We only see what they eat or do at VHTV.

Thatâs a lieâŠsubscribers, and those of us with lower levels like me, canât know anything about the participants, much less deduce anything (for example, they speak Russian, but we canât ask if they are RussianâŠhahaha)âŠIâll have to settle for the comments of those who know the participantsâ lives.

Russian is spoken in several countries, just as I speak English but Iâm not in the UK,I speak french but iâm not in France, Dutch but Iâm not in the Netherlands, a little German but Iâm not in Germany, and also a little Spanish but Iâm not in Spain⊠It seems you donât travel much.
