Aleks was an idiot when he drinks like that. He tries to take too much of all this management of the apartments on himself. This is not a big money maker by nature. Party be friends have fun be yourselves. everyone should manage their own places. Others can help but in my opinion feeding of strangers to have sex is a turn off. Especially like you have done with aora. Was a hard night for many.
