I do not think that is so important as each one has different favorites and therefore the list organized differently.
And imagine all the hustle for only that:
Packing / Dismantling cameras
Finding a place
Making contract / Paying comission
Getting internet
Installing everything and unpacking
Costs a lot more time and money as the quick maybe benefit to be on top.
Saying that I agree that apartments which moved should keep their place in the list and not go on top

In fairness, it was done way to fast compared with the usual time between relocations.
As for the packing/unpacking, i’m sure that Rosy’s not wasting much time with it

Yes as I said they totally did not recognize the missing oven and decided to not renew the contract for April. They had to go to Raslan & Ballerina to cook things in oven. That is really not convenient
