Rosy thanks you for voting for her
And one for @David
For people wondering why Aleks comes home later lately. He is repainting and refreshing the Rosy & Aleks vehicle so it will be ready for new adventures with #RosyOnTour
Thank you very much for this. I still find it a pleasure to see Aleks whenever possible.
Weirdly, yes they actually do suit him!
Hah I will tell him
Yes please doâŠ
Itâs important for him to know!!!
Having said that, you might also wish to point out to him that they are usually only worn OUTDOORS (well, by most people anywayâŠand occasionally cats)!!!
je sais pas si Rosy serait prĂȘt a avoir une relation avec Jaxon et Aleks en mĂȘme temps avec double pĂ©nĂ©tration
Facepalming this post is rude. Why did you do it?
Most of you may know this, but for those who may not, there is a particular dialect of English in London called Cockney. Itâs believed to have originated in the East End of London with the working class during the Middle ages.
It has several distinctions, but one of them is the replacement of the âthâ sound with the âfâ sound. So, the word âthanksâ, for example, becomes âfanksâ.
When @David said, âFangs for telling usâŠâ, I believe he was making a play on that particular word by saying âfangsâ, instead of âfanksâ.
David, please correct me if I missed the mark.
Thanks for that. I did not know that.
Youâre quite welcome.
Jokes are not anywhere near as funny when an explanation (such as it wasnât in this case) âhasâ to be given⊠especially by someone else!
Oh and NO it did not have anything whatsoever to do with Cockney (or anything remotely similar, dialect /accent wise). It was simply a playful alternative to the word âthanksâ (regardless of who is pronouncing the word).
