If operators intervened when they intentionally disconnected the cameras, it would be something else. It’s a disappointment for me because I pay for a premium subscription.

Dude, chill out. This happened before and for sure will happen again in many apartments. It was reported, they get a fine for doing so and end of the story. You’re not entitled to direct their lives nor who stays in the apartment or not. Move on
