Refund is when you get your money back. Discount is when you buy cheaper (for example, you get -10% of price) =)

the site has many errors, what i must do that i become any money back?
first you would have to document every error as you call it , have video evidence and then contact VHTV support , but firstly may i suggest you read the terms and conditions found at the bottom of the main website ,. but i dont hold out much hope as they have it nailed down with the word *persistant ,and they can easily respond with “any on going issues are being dealt with as they learn about them” , below is the section on
