well may be it is off topic by your definition of forum but are you serious @NotSeth about relevancy of question ? I just ask it here because I found something going very weird here and in this apartment which is something i define as sexual assault against women. Don’t take me otherwise i just need some explation from the team with logical discussion.

What apartment did this happen in.
If your questions about r__e and/or sexual assault happened in this apartment or involve people that live in this apartment the topic would belong here. If your question is about people in another apartment/realm then it would belong there. You can also start an new forum topic if it is about VHTV in general. Make sense?
But i don’t found any sense to start a new topic for a very relevant question just because if is not belongs to apartments. Then i want to ask the definition of apartment discussion forum. You are free to ignore my question but your answer would highly appreciable.
