Good sleep, proper nutrition, and a life with as little stress as possible can do wonders for one’s well-being and vitality. Conversely, going without these things can have quite the opposite effect.
And, in a rather different vein, I think subtlety, kindness, and especially gentleness go a long way when trying to connect with someone as delicate as Emmie. One might hope that the guys invited by Pyro/Aquaria would be a little more attuned to that sort of thing.
