The flat is certainly very cheap, as it’s probably still under construction.
But still, some steamy scenes!

There is just some plaster and a bit of paint missing there.
Actually it is better to wait a bit until the wall is completely dry before applying the plaster to prevent moisture trapped into the wall.
The apartment itself looks good.

Yes, I think the flat looks good too. Maybe the builders simply forgot to plaster the loggia…!
