I personally think posting gifs is fine as long as itās not a___ed like letās say i post one now and i donāt post another for a few days or longer or whatever. Itās the flooding of gifs i think is the issue in a short space of time.

Do you remember a conversation with VHTV about Gifs? For my part, they irritate me as they are devoid of conversation, but I have to be honest that VHTV said something like that the rules are there as a guideline and not set in stone.
Plus Gifs are a modern form of communication whether we like it or not and as long as they are not used maliciously as an insult then their use if okay - common sense prevails here I guess.
