To be fair, when Jabbs is on point heās great, when he wanders off the reservation he is terrible and as bad as most offenders, but just like @VHTV_James, it will be deleted or buried. You should know by now that rules are interpreted to suit 
A gif just needs to have a sentence pertaining to it for it to me the qualifications of the ārulesā. My posts with gifs to you have met those qualifications. People have debated the gif rule since this forum was created. The rule is very lax to say the least.
If you are this worried about the rules of a gif you probably need to find something better to doā¦
Many have posted just a gif on itās own especially our moment operators
But donāt suppose they count
