Можно как вариант предложить, пользователей разграничивать не по странах, а по группам? К примеру премиум пользователей, фильтр пропускает, не премиум пользователей не пропускает. Так же участников можно добавить в группу премиум и менеджеров, модераторов итд.

This is done at VHTV. It’s not possible to do so with VHTV Forum. These are two different pieces of software.
On the forum, each user has his own Premium, standard, not premium group. That’s why I asked, does the forum have its own engine, can you make another filter on the basis of it, or are the forum and the site the same?
We could definitely make such changes as an add-on to the core software of the forum, but it doesn’t seem economically reasonable to make those in foreseeable future.
Объясню вам по-русски. Сайт (ВХТВ) мы разрабатывали сами, и учли в его коде такую возможность. Форум мы сами не делали, взяли готовый. Поэтому такой возможности В ФОРУМЕ нет. А в том ПО, которое для форума фильтрует доступ, нет возможности увидеть группу пользователя. Так что, повторю на русском - нет, всё останется как есть.
