After being a premium member for the past 3 years I can no longer get a subscription due to the ones who take payments for VHTV. It seems they have changed how they accept payments and no longer take my credit card. To top it all off the coins that I have recieved from the past months as being a premium member are not useable since I don’t have a paying membership. It is all bulls__t and maybe some day I will be able to come back and enjoy what I have for the last 3 years. Untill then I hope some people will load short vids to see.
I renewed my subscription just a few days ago and had no problems. Have you contacted support?
Do it via PayPal, that should actually work, or ask support.
I think what he means is you can no longer use American Express as a form of payment. Even when using Paypal.

I use AMEX with PayPal, without any problems
I don’t see why American Express shouldn’t go through PayPal, but if it does, use your normal bank details with PayPal.

yes tried this morning and even contacted paypal and they said everything is good to go. I do know that now you pay with segpay through paypal and I think thats where the problem is. My AMEX does not go through a bank its a reloadable card thru Bluebird which comes from walmart. Never had a problem with it till I went to renew my sub. and noticed the different paypal option had changed

If you have, for example, two cards in PayPal, one Mastercard and one AMEX, then you can check which one you want to use for online shopping. Tick AMEX and it will be selected.
Used to. Now Amex doesn’t show up as an option even in paypal. @VHTV_James @VHTV_CEO can you confirm you no longer accept amex?
If you use PayPal, then VHTV doesn’t care which card is charged, they get the payment from PayPal. So you need to check PayPal
I renewed 2 1/2 weeks ago and amex no longer showed up in paypal when it used to. Also, if you go to pay directly with a credit card and not use paypal you’ll notice amex is no longer a choice. Unless that was a glitch with the new payment system and has since been fixed I don’t know. Maybe vhtv will confirm or not.
I don’t recall VHTV accepting AMEX.
I have AMEX as a choice in Paypal. You’ll have to do some research on that. Good luck

If PayPal does not work with credit cards, then register your bank account in PayPal. Then it should actually work in any case.
